Lawyer-cum-politician Stephen Nyandiare
In what looks like an irony of recent days, or a play within a play, city lawyer Stephen Nyandiare has blatantly insulted Kenyan investigative journalists, calling them extortionists and other names after they successfully exposed how he allegedly defrauded an American investor of millions in a fake gold scandal.
The advocate who previously refused to respond to the said accusations when contacted for a comment allegedly defrauded a US-based businessman, Kelly Radnitzer, of his millions in what the security experts call the deadliest gold scandal of recent days.
He has so responded to the accusation through his “emotional, combative” demand letter, hence making our article a success.
Additionally, the complainant is still crying for justice as the advocate continues to play as a victim with the members of the press.
According to documents in our possession, Nyandiare’s company, Zumr Africa, played a key role in the said fraud. More details show further that the complainant was to receive several hundred kilograms of gold. He never got it.
The suspect’s company was to link up Omatuku and Essilux Trading, a Dubai-based company that is also linked to fraud.
The whole procedures and arrangements turned out to be a high level scam after the complainant realized that over USD 150,000 was being coiled around alleged taxes, Legal Fees and airfreight by Oasis aviation, an invisible company that only operates through a domain and a hosting(website)
The advocate and his buddies then requested that the complainant pay a deposit of USD 40,000 for some five kilograms of samples, and USD 40,000 was to be paid per kg.
After the complainant demanded for a refund, they only paid back USD 16,000
The advocate who now joins the list of other advocates linked to fraud like Lawyer Stephen Juma Ndeda and Micheal Owano. The said advocates have been terrorizing investors globally through fake Gold scans and businesses.
Advocate Nyandiare through his fellow advocate have demanded that the story be pulled down calling journalist fraudsters, cons and other weird names.
